| Her first job was selling t-shirts at the Country Music Fan Fair. After meeting Gary Burr, songwriter in Nashville, she sang harmony with him on one of his shows at the Bluebird Cafe. Shortly afterward her solo career started with the assistance of Gary Borman, manager of Dwight Yoakam.
